                                                                  Six steps: Walking a uniquely characteristic path
       For Xu Junrui, who lives in the Huqiao New Village on Lianmeng Road in the Jianxi District, December 6, 2021, is an ordinary day, just one of countless working days. However, even this ordinary day is filled with anticipation, as at 7:40 AM, she has to wait at the entrance of the tobacco factory on Nanchang Road in Jianxi District to pick up her colleagues, cross the Nanchang Road tunnel, walk over the Jianhe Bridge, take Wangcheng Avenue, turn onto Nanshan Avenue, and then head to the company's location in the Zhongde Industrial Park in Yibin District.

         Xu Junrui can be considered a senior employee of the company. Puhang Electronics was established in March 2014, and eight months later, in November, Xu Junrui joined Puhang Electronics, becoming one of its members, and she has been with the company for over seven years. Over these seven years, she has progressed and grown with the company, experiencing the bitter moments during difficult times and witnessing the honors and miracles the company has achieved.

       In fact, from its establishment to now, over the past seven years, Puhang Electronics has taken a more tortuous and longer path, with more ups and downs and dramatic twists. Over the past seven years, the company has relocated multiple times: in 2014, it moved from Junlin Square in Xigong District to the Torch Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in the High-tech Zone; in April 2016, it relocated to the Precision Machine Tool Factory at 275 Kaiyuan Avenue in Luolong District; in July 2018, it moved from the Precision Machine Tool Factory to the Yanhuang Science and Technology Park on the same road; in July 2019, it relocated to Ruichuang Electric at No. 6 Sunfu Road in the High-tech Zone, and now it has come to Yibin District. It can be said that Puhang Electronics has accurately grasped the pulse of technology in Luoyang, navigating the waves in the electronic equipment industry, and ultimately carving out a uniquely characteristic path.

                                                                         Triple jump: Moving towards higher and further goals
       For Puhang Electronics project manager Ma Nengjun, December 21, 2021, is a busy day, as on this day, all components of the project he is responsible for—the power EMI filter testing system—need to be packed and shipped out by the courier company to be delivered to a customer far away in Shenzhen. Product quality is the foundation of the company's survival and development. 'Value is reflected in quality, and value is created through quality' is precisely Puhang Electronics' quality philosophy. Every step must be meticulous; every product must be refined; every inspection must be done with 'keen eyes.' Therefore, Ma Nengjun knows that the burden on his shoulders is heavy, and the products must be delivered to the customer intact.

       The EMI filter testing system is part of the military component testing series and is one of Puhang Electronics' core products. At its inception, Puhang Electronics only produced single ground testing equipment. After more than seven years of development and growth, in addition to the military component testing series, Puhang Electronics now also has three major series: system testing, weapon control energy, and military computers, which form a complete product structure for the company, providing strong momentum for its advancement and development.

          At the same time, Puhang Electronics also focuses on talent cultivation, especially for young people, willing to provide them with a stage and space to unleash their energy and contribute their wisdom. Today, the company not only has a group of measurement and control technology experts with industry backgrounds but has also cultivated a workforce with rich experience in testing, measurement, and embedded development engineering. Proactively tackling challenges is the nature of this team; daring to take on tough battles and tackle hard problems is their combat style.

        However, the Puhang team knows that this is far from enough. For the company to achieve greater development, it needs greater courage, to put in more effort, to undertake more difficult explorations, and to actively step into a broader world. In 2019, the company actively adjusted its pace, ventured into the new energy field, vigorously developed clean energy technology, and invested heavily in R&D to develop military lithium batteries, military power supplies, and military supercapacitor products. Today, based on user needs, the company has independently developed bidirectional active balancing BMS and CMS systems, and independently developed several lithium battery products applicable to low-temperature environments and various conditions such as vehicle-mounted, ship-mounted, and aircraft-mounted, becoming one of the main suppliers in this field in China.
       Moreover, Puhang Electronics is also a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and a high-tech enterprise in Henan Province, certified by the Luoyang Enterprise R&D Center, and has successively obtained 31 national utility model patents and 9 software copyright patents, significantly enhancing the company's core competitiveness. Leaders from the provincial and municipal levels, such as Jiang Ling, member of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee, and Wu Zhongyang, Director of the Luoyang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, have shown concern multiple times. Now, Puhang Electronics, having relocated to the Zhongde Industrial Park, is on the path of technological revitalization and industrial assistance to Luoyang along with many other enterprises settled in Yibin District.

        From single product production to diversified operations, and then to transformation and upgrading, Puhang Electronics has not only completed its 'triple jump' but is also actively planning and laying out for the future, striving for greater breakthroughs and promoting rapid and good development.

       At 5:30 PM on December 17, 2021, for most employees of Puhang Electronics, this moment is relaxed, as they are about to end a week of work and enjoy a good weekend with family and friends. At this moment, Puhang Electronics General Manager Liu Wenpeng is heading to Luobei Airport, and his destination is Anshun, Guizhou, a thousand miles away.
For General Liu, business trips on weekends are quite normal; sometimes, he has to travel to multiple cities across the country in just a day or two. However, in Liu's view, such hardships are worthwhile because there is always passion burning in his heart and dreams supporting him.
       In fact, when it was established in 2014, Puhang Electronics was just a small workshop with only a few people. However, at that time, the people of Puhang had a dream: 'military-civilian integration, serving the country through aviation, becoming a pioneer in domestic electrical measurement, and being a world-class supplier of intelligent measurement and control solutions.' For seven years, the people of Puhang have been carrying this dream, continuously overcoming difficulties and bravely moving towards higher and further goals. In March 2020, Puhang Electronics obtained the national military standard quality system certification, marking a significant step forward for the company in the systematic and mass production of military products.

        Although some achievements have been made, General Liu knows that undertaking military tasks and developing military products means carrying a more noble mission in his heart and a greater responsibility on his shoulders. Therefore, he always walks the path ahead with a mindset of walking on thin ice and standing on the edge of a precipice. Over the years, he has traveled across the country, visiting military bases, tirelessly conducting on-site research to deeply understand the needs of grassroots troops and testing product performance in the field, all to ensure that Puhang Electronics can move forward more steadily and solidly. For the dream in his heart, he is always on the go.
