In 2023, the construction of the social credit system in Luoyang City continued to advance, with the credit environment in the city improving positively. A large number of honest enterprises that practice the concept of integrity in business, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and have good credit records, as well as honest individuals who keep their promises, have emerged in various fields of society. To commend integrity, recognize the advanced, and set examples, according to the "Notice on the Selection of Luoyang City's 2023 'Honest Private Enterprises' and 'Advanced Individuals in Integrity'" (Luoxin Group Office [2023] No. 10), it has been decided to award the title of "Honest Private Enterprises" in Luoyang City for 2023 to Luoyang Xinqiang Lian Rotary Support Co., Ltd. and 67 other enterprises, and to award the title of "Advanced Individuals in Integrity" in Luoyang City for 2023 to 15 individuals including Wei Mingsheng.
It is hoped that the recognized enterprises and individuals will cherish the honor, remain true to their original intentions, take their achievements as a new starting point, continue to work hard, fully play a leading role in demonstration, continuously promote the culture of integrity, and encourage more forces to actively participate in the construction of 'Credit Luoyang', jointly pushing the construction of the social credit system in the city to a new level and achieving new results.
